For GNLT chargers of the EVB and EVE series. Takes about 5 minutes.
The GNLT app configures the station itself, over Bluetooth. Walk up to it with your phone, fill in four fields — and the station connects to your network and to the platform. After that you control charging, the schedule, the price and the statistics from any distance.

Platformcharging, schedule and statistics from any distance
The settings are written into the station once. After that it works on its own and talks to the platform over your internet.
What you need
A phone with the GNLT app and Bluetooth.
The name and password of your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with WPA2 security — the station understands no others.
The serial number of the station: printed on the casing and shown on its display.
The PUK code — from the back of the station manual.
Be next to the station: the link runs over Bluetooth, about five metres.
What the app changes in the station
It writes in the name and password of your Wi-Fi network, the station number and the platform address.
It turns off the “plug and charge” mode. In that mode the station starts charging by itself as soon as the cable is plugged in and does not tell the platform: the session appears neither in the history nor in the statistics, and the schedule and scenarios do not work.
If you still want charging to start by itself when the cable is plugged in, turn on “Auto-start on plug-in” in the app — the platform does the same thing, but the session is visible.
Part 1
Preparation
A couple of minutes.
Install the GNLT app and sign in
If you do not have an account, sign up with a phone number or an email address. The station is linked to that account.
Turn on Bluetooth on the phone and walk up to the station
Without Bluetooth the app cannot see the station. While you are at it, allow the app access to your location: then your network name is filled into the form automatically, with no typos, and the station is placed on the map.
Why this matters. A typo in the network name or the password costs dearly: the station accepts the settings, switches to Wi-Fi, fails to connect — and turns Bluetooth off. After that it can only be fixed by hand on the station itself.
If the station has been set up before. A new station has Bluetooth on — nothing to do. But if OCPP or Modbus were switched on in its settings, Bluetooth is off. Turn those modes off on the station: Settings → Wi-Fi → OCPP. You do not need to turn Wi-Fi itself off — it does not interfere with Bluetooth. If that does not help, reset the station to factory settings and restart it.
Part 2
Setup
Three steps: one on the phone, two on the station.
In the app: “My stations” → “Add a station”
The app takes you through three short screens: station number and PUK code → “Find the station” via Bluetooth → Wi-Fi network name and password, then “Set up the station”.

Set up the station
The serial number does not have to be typed — there is a button next to it for scanning the QR code on the casing.
The PUK code confirms that the station is yours. It is on the back of the manual.
The network name is filled in automatically if the phone is connected to the same network.
The password can be revealed with the “Show” button and read letter by letter.
The app writes in the server address and the station number itself — there is nothing to type.
Wait for the Wi-Fi icon on the station display
It appears in the top row once the station joins your network. This usually takes up to a minute.

The Wi-Fi icon is in the top right corner. While it is missing, the station has not joined the network.
The icon has not appeared? The network name or the password did not match. Go back in the app and check them.
Turn OCPP on at the station
On its display: Settings → Wi-Fi → OCPP. The switch is hidden inside the Wi-Fi section, below the network name and the address. This is done once.
The number and the address have already been written in by the app — there is no need to check or edit them.
Do not turn OCPP on before the Wi-Fi icon appears. While the station is not on the network there is nothing to enable, and working out what went wrong becomes harder.
After it is enabled the station connects to the platform within a minute.
Done
The station is in your account
The app finds the station itself and adds it under “My stations”. From there you get starting and stopping charging, the current limit, the schedule, scenarios, the price and the statistics.
A tip. Look into “My stations → Equipment” and specify the connector type and the station power. The upper end of the current slider depends on them — the station does not report this information itself.
If the station has not come online
The Wi-Fi icon never appeared
The station did not join the network. Common reasons, most frequent first:
The network runs at 5 GHz — the station only understands 2.4 GHz.
The network security is not WPA2. The station does not understand WPA3, and in mixed WPA2/WPA3 mode it often fails to connect — switch the router to WPA2.
A typo in the network name or the password.
The signal at the station is too weak.
You can write the settings again right away: while OCPP is off on the station, its Bluetooth works. Repeat the setup in the app; if the station is not found, cut its power for half a minute and switch it on again.
The Wi-Fi icon is there, OCPP is on, but the station is not in the account
Wait a couple of minutes: some firmware needs a little longer. If that did not help, cut power to the station for half a minute and switch it on again.
Check on the station display that the Wi-Fi section says Connected and an IP address is shown. If there is no connection, the station cannot reach the router: moving the router closer or adding a repeater helps.
The app cannot find the station over Bluetooth
The station's Bluetooth only works when OCPP and Modbus are off on it. Check these switches on its screen (Settings → Wi-Fi → OCPP); Wi-Fi does not need to be turned off. If you cannot reach the switches, reset the station to factory settings and restart it.
Also check that Bluetooth is on in the phone and that you are standing next to the station — the link reaches about five metres.
The platform says “wrong PUK code”
The PUK is tied to the station serial number. Check that you are entering the number of this particular station and that it has no extra spaces. If the code from the back of the manual does not work, write to us and we will help.
Charging is running, but the app does not show it
The station is online, the car is charging, but the “Charging” section is empty and there are no meter readings — that means the station has the “Plug and charge”mode enabled. It starts by itself and does not tell the platform that charging is running.
Turn it off in the station settings, under “Charging mode”. After that start charging with the button in the app or with the schedule — the session, the chart and the statistics appear.
